bad customer service

i never received the case i sent email never heard anything. it said i received it but it is not so... i even put a bad statement on QVC how upset I was with this company extremely not a good company and after reading others on QVC it seems that everyone had a bad review ....very poor poor customer service and help... I do not need this case any more as i had to order it through Amazon I just would not ever recommend this company and especially the customer service.

absolutely no communication whatsoever

absolutely no communication whatsoever, I cancelled my order and did a charge back because I could not get anyone to respond to my emails. So zero stars if I could...communication is key!!

You sent my husband the wrong color…

You sent my husband the wrong color case. It took 2 months for me to receive my case. And they are not as sturdy as other cases I've purchased.

Honor thy coupons

Ordered a fire tablet ..I think
Last fall...this cover was part of the deal Free.had a voucher turned it in..... Picked out a cover never heard from your company..went back to Qvc..said not there problem..yours...so I needed a cover and ordered one..nice product but where is the one I used My

voucher on?....not sure of dates at this time... But less than a year.

They printed the picture on my case upside down I contacted caseables with 5 separate emails and sent pictures. This my 3rd caseable case-they are wrong and will not fix the problem.

They printed my picture upside down, i sent them pictures and they would not correct the problem. I have 3 other caseable cases, so I know the pic is upside down. The lady said, just
look at your tablet landscape - she's goofy!

It was delivered fast the customized graphic looks amazing. My only complaint is the image was printed upside down. Other than that I love it

I have bought several from you when I…

I have bought several from you when I buy another tablet. This last one flips to the wrong side. Lol. If I turn it to flip to the left, the frame covers the power and sound buttons. Oh well.....I still like it.

Check your pictures placement.

The picture reproduction was great. What I was unhappy about was that the pictures were placed upside. Unfortunately I don't have the original to see who was at fault. I didn't want the hassle of calling and returning so I accepted it. The reproduction I was very pleased with though, and would order again but pay special attention to placement.

I would not order anything from this…

I would not order anything from this company! It took many many e-mails to finally get a very cheap case after 5 months!

Disappointed with quality

The tablet case is a little on the cheap side, but it was free from a QVC purchase, so I wasn't expecting it to be as high quality as something I purchased. The screen protector came broken twice, so I ending up requesting a refund. I am pretty disappointed with the products, however, your customer service person, Lucy, was so friendly and responded quickly to my emails. Kudos to her!
