A very bad experience and I strongly advise against using this website. I have read the website regulations carefully and it says there are no additional costs. When I applied for a small loan they sent me 100 euros but the website says I have to pay 139 euros and I don't understand why this amount has been increased. I contacted the website and they told me that I can have a refund and cancel the cost. I sent it back straight away but now they want me to cover the cost.

Unprompted review
Warning! SUPER-DEAL took about 2 weeks but I still must pay extra costs!

1. Not only I've contacted them several times and they didn't answer, I also shared the invoice number (03184231) with them through TRUSTPILOT but after a few weeks I still haven't heard back. It seems they copy and paste one same answer in response to all the complaints and criticisms raised here.
2. In the most recent case, they still haven't paid the loan related to invoice 03340727, while an additional 99 € will be paid so that they send the credit sooner, at most one day after the request (14.03.2023).
Since this company is not fulfilling its obligations recently and is not responsible in any way, legal measures should be taken to protect the customers.

I I requested the Super Deal transfer on 12/01/2023, but I received the money in my account 12 days later! This delay is even longer than the time for a standard transfer, let alone Super Deal which has to be transfered in 2 days at latest. I have already contacted Cashper seven times and asked them about the problem, but not only have not received any response or explanation, but also they have started threatening me by reporting to Schufa, I also have to pay the full amount with additional fines and if I don't pay this unfair amount they will take action through debt collection companies.
It is completely unfair that I applied for an instant credit in an emergency situation that should be credited to my account in two working days at most, but I received it about two weeks later and now I have to pay it back with the same cost and due date of the Super Deal and even additional fines!
STAY AWAY!
