Casify.me not bona fide! Very disappointing

I had phone case that I had to return they didn't provide
return address in UK.
I had to send to USA address or to Hong Kong.
That will cost me to sendt it then I bought it.

I bought a high impact screen protector. On the first day I dropped my phone approx 20cms and the whole screen protector cracked very bad quality. Disappointed wouldn’t recommend

LOVE MY CASE!!! i bought it a couple weeks ago and does take a while to come but it is completely worth it once it comes it came perfectly with beautiful packaging and cleaning wipes to clean your case with which is a great add on with no additional cost it is the perfect fit and got many compliments on my case!!!! Absolutely awful experience. Ordered weeks ago and still haven’t received it. At this point I don’t even know if I will get it. Do not recommend at all.

I literally ordered a phone case on November 9th....it’s November 23rd and i have no update. Still says usps is awaiting the item. This is ridiculous.

I had to give it one star to review. But I never received case and paid 25 dollars for it. They refuse to answer any of my multiple emails. It’s a SCAM! Beware!

Do I even have to give this crappy business a star? It’s not worthy of it! My case has chipped off in pieces slowly. The clasp not longer keeps the case closed. I contacted them via email and was told I’m past my 30 days to get a replacement. Actually, as I write this, I am exactly 30 days from receiving my case. It was delivered on Sept 22. I registered my complaint on October 22. The cases are cheaply made and chip easily. Save your money and never buy from China! This is pure garbage!

Terrible experience with Cashify for my Service No. MP1F547893.

I had given the pick up time for Moto G4 Plus between 1pm-5pm. The pickup agent called at around 7.15 pm and asked me to wait till 8.00 pm. I was planning to go out in the evening :( I was initially promised ₹4500( ₹4300+₹200 on using coupon FEB). The agent cited various reasons and requoted the price as ₹2650 which was really disappointing and unprofessional. Since I was in a hurry to go out and didn't want to argue with with him I agreed half heartedly. And the worst part is that he took the phone and left in a hurry telling that the transaction is complete and till now I have not received the money in my account. Indeed a horrible experience. A big thumbs down to Cashify ;(
I got the following message :

Dear Karthik Manu, Your order has been completed. An amount of Rs.2650.00 has been transferred to your SYNDICATE BANK account XXXXXXXXX00420. Thank you for selling your device on Cashify. In case of issues, please call 72-900-68-900.

But till now I have not received any such credit in my account.

Excellent product - bought two cases for my new iPhone 8+. I’m clumsy and have already dropped the mobile several times - perfect protection. I had to contact their customer service team a few weeks after purchase as I had mislaid the invoice, they were onto it straight away. Very pleased and would highly recommend casify.
