Absolutely first class. Beautifully made radiators which really belt out the heat and continue to radiate well beyond switching the heating off.

Fabulous period radiators which have transformed the look of our 1850’s house. The beautiful matching valves, stays and bleed valves really top off the aesthetic.

Same as other reviews.
EDPM gaskets are the issue.
And like my customers yours may leak from the gaskets after only a year or two even if you do use the correct amount of inhibitor.
They replaced so 2* but it’s hard to get paid for the work a second time and hard graft swapping 5x big cast rads.
Better off getting a better quality cast rad that uses more like a fibre washer.

Really good quality cast iron radiators at a good price. I’ve used them a number of times now and the service, quality and delivery have always been great.

Radiators themselves were great. I did buy the recommended pipe shrouds and base plates but unfortunately they didn't fit. I was able to use the base plates but had to buy plastic clips for the copper pipes as the shrouds wouldn't slide over due to the copper pipe connector used. I did ask for a goodwill gesture partial refund for a tiny amount in context of £1000 order but they were not able to offer any partial refund. I suggested it might make sense for the shrouds to be manufactured slightly bigger to avoid the same happening again
