Quick to get our business but aftercare absolutely ridiculous! They have given us the wrong advice three times so alarm doesn’t work without inputting a code, also wrong code given to us. Passed about to different people, all who don’t answer their phones. Our alarm doesn’t work so no point to it! Personally I would avoid this company as so much hassle.
Had CCTV off this company, quick install and nice staff, quite expensive though, although CCTV from any company is very expensive these days. I had to get mine in quick. If you can do it yourself and have time then do so, highly recommended to do so. I have a couple of friends in Nottingham who setup their own CCTV through buying off ebay and can categorically say that their recording and CCTV system is far better than mine, they have zoom and tilt cameras and 8 in all compared to my 4 which do not have zoom or tilt, and looking at costs, it cost them less than £200 for their stuff, whereas it cost me nearly £1000, their cameras and recording is far superior and they have so many more options when going through their recording, whereas the recording I purchased is very slow and laborious. 3 Stars but only just.
