I went here with 3 friends on my birthday 22-05-2025 for afternoon tea, the food itself was delicious but the lovely welcome and attention from Lewis was what really made our afternoon so thank you Lewis (hope I've got your name right )you made my birthday .

I stayed at Castle Bromwich Hall twice last year and going to book again this year. After a long flight from Australia I was delighted with the staff and facilities provided. Breakfast was lovely and matched by the staff serving in.
The duty managers I encountered were really helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay really enjoyable.
Nothing was too much trouble. Can't wait to stay again.

Castle Bromwich Hall Hotel is some of my ancestors former home. I was blocked from staying there by a Romanian manager because I am now disabled and need a wheelchair and because I wanted to stay for a few months. I don't fit their image of the type of guests the Romanian manager wants to stay at the Stately Home. Dreadful.

We had afternoon tea and enquired about hiring a function room. The staff were very helpful, polite, curtious and knowledgeable. The service,food and surroundings are first class. Nothing is to much trouble for the hotel team. This place is a hidden jewel.

Absolutely misleading information provided to myself in regards to the actual facilities. Rude management with no customer experience and completely ignorant and inconsiderate. No apology give to me In regards to the false information given to me over the phone.

Stayed for a couple of nights and organised a surprise 70th birthday party for 22 friends and family for my wife. Everybody said how good the evening was, the venue, the food and all the staff were brilliant. Thank you for making sure the event and everyone's experience went like clockwork.

Beautiful historic house in lovely gardens. The staff were friendly and obliging; in fact the manager gave me a guided tour of this Jacobean mansion when he found out that I was interested. The restaurant and other main rooms are magnificent, ideal for special occasions and the whole property is highly photogenic.

As wedding photographers, we've had the privilege of photographing several weddings at Castle Bromwich Hall Hotel, and we must say, it has been an absolute delight every time. This hotel is the perfect escape for those who are looking for a warm and welcoming country hall that overlooks 10 acres of breathtaking English gardens.

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. Although it is just 6 miles away from the vibrant city center of Birmingham, it feels like we are a world away. The stunning gardens provide a peaceful and serene backdrop for your wedding day, and the convenient proximity to the city center means that you can easily enjoy the best of both worlds.

What makes Castle Bromwich Hall Hotel truly special is the memorable combination of shopping in the city and then returning to relax in this contemporary traditional boutique hotel. The hotel has been expertly designed to provide a unique blend of city life and traditional country living, and it truly shines as a result. The interior is tastefully decorated with a contemporary touch that is both stylish and welcoming, and it's hard not to feel at home as soon as we step through the doors.

We were also pleasantly surprised to learn that the late royal Queen Elizabeth 1st stayed at the hotel, which only adds to the historical charm and prestige of the property. This adds a touch of royalty to the hotel and adds to its overall grandeur.

In conclusion, we would highly recommend Castle Bromwich Hall Hotel to anyone who is looking for a wedding venue that offers the perfect blend of city life and traditional country living.
