Thank you to technician Carl who attended my castle green home in Daresbury to fix some issues with a shower leaking. We are delighted with the job and it looks fantastic.

Myself and my partner visited orchard place last week to have a look around the site and show homes.
We found the quality of the build and the layout of the site fabulous.
We found Donna to be exceptionally helpful, friendly and informative. She was also a perfect blend of helpful whilst not overbearing. We were very happy with our first experience of Castle Green.

Hilary and Sally were AMAZING.

Throughout our experience with Castle Green to buy our first home, Sally and Hilary have been incredible. From mortgage acceptance through to keys handed over, it's been a perfect experience for us being first time buyers.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! When we first walked in and Ellis showed us around a replica of the final Henley which was on sale, we fell in love straight away and paid to secure the plot! The whole experience from then was so smooth! We were told we would be in before Christmas and that we were! Goff looked after us from there and always was willing to go the extra mile and help us with any questions we had! When we first walked in to the property, we couldn’t believe how well it looked as you always hear about new builds but the standard in which castle green live up to certainly was met with our home! There was obviously a few snags but nothing that can’t be easily fixed!
Overall, we can’t thank Ellis, Rihanna and Goff enough for such excellent customer service and making our move to our first house such a memorable experience!

Sally was incredibly helpful, friendly and made my whole family feel welcome. The show homes are absolutely stunning too.

We visited Castle Green at Llys Coed for an unscheduled viewing and were immediately put at ease by Carol.
She was warm, welcoming and non judgmental, and gave us real belief that we could actually do the deal.
We were not ready to buy straight away and simply wanted to test the market and see what was available. Despite that, Carol treated us with genuine interest and no pressure, which was refreshing.

Within six weeks we had our keys, and Heather was equally kind and supportive throughout the process. Together Carol and Heather make an excellent sales team who are knowledgeable, reassuring and genuinely helpful.

Getting sick of these lot ruining green space in north Wales. They seem hell bent on destroying every lovely green field around.

Buying a house can be stressful, but my experience with Castle Green has been absolutely amazing. From start to finish, Fiona and Vieta have been incredibly supportive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping me through every step of the process.

I recently went here to look at the (2) show homes, which were beautiful and beautifully designed.
When I initially went into the sales office, I was met warmly by a lady called Vanitta, (I think that was her name) I have to say she was excellent, answering my many questions about these new build properties. She was kind, helpful and patient, and extremely professional. At no stage did she rush me.
I just want to say thank you, to this lovely lady who is a credit to the company.

The team at Rydal View have been great throughout my house buying journey. I was struggling to sell my old house but Venita and Fiona managed to arrange a part exchange and employ a range of incentives to make the process really smooth. They were in constant contact to let me know where things were up to and always respond quickly to any queries. I moved in last week and couldn’t be happier with my new Castle Green home!

I am in the process of purchasing my first home with Castle Green and up to this point they have been so helpful. They have communicated with me throughout the process and explained everything thoroughly. When visiting the sales offices Venita and Fiona have been nothing but welcoming and thorough in their service and have given me the confidence to complete what can be an overwhelming process of buying my first home.

I expected the finish to be as good as the show homes, I am very disappointed in the standard of all the work in the house, the paintwork, the joinery, the tiling, the groundwork. It’s going to take me days to do my snagging list, this is the 4th new build house I’ve had and the worst for quality of work, the whole house needs re painting, my hall door won’t shut and the list goes on, I would really like to speak to the owner of Castle Green because it’s really disappointing!
