When to Hawthorn Meadows in Buckley today , l when to see the show house Which is lovely , the sales consultant Laura is very knowledgeable and professional,she answered all my questions and gave me lots of information.

Visited hawthorn meadows today and was met by Laura who was very knowledgable and helpful and showed us round showhouse which was beautiful and well presented. Given a room by room tour and answered all questions in a professional manner will now be giving the house serious consideration.

We had an amazing experience with Castle Green Daresbury throughout our buying process. From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally, smoothly, and with great care.

A special thank you to Hilary, who has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She made the whole journey much easier for us with her support, patience, and clear communication. She was always helpful, approachable, and made sure we felt confident at every stage of the process.

It was truly a pleasure working with Hilary, and we really appreciate everything she has done for us. She made what can often be a stressful process feel exciting and enjoyable.

We reserved an early bird plot at Hawthorn Meadows, back in August, and from that moment on the process has been pretty much perfect. I say “pretty much” only because, as with any new-build development in its early stages, there are always a few minor hiccups—but nothing that wasn’t handled quickly and professionally.

From start to finish, nothing has ever been too much trouble.

Our sales representative, Laura, has been absolutely fantastic every step of the way. She’s been approachable, responsive, and genuinely committed to making the experience as smooth as possible—I can honestly say nothing was ever too much to ask.

The same goes for both of the site managers—coincidentally both called Steve! Between them, they’ve been incredibly helpful, always on hand to answer questions and go the extra mile whenever needed.

Finally, a special mention has to go to Daniel, the resident snagger. Once again, nothing has been too much trouble, but what really stands out is his attention to detail, professionalism, and the way he carries himself. His manners and work ethic are exceptional—if I were setting up my own firm, I’d hire him on the spot without hesitation.

Everyone I’ve mentioned is a real credit to Castle Green. From reservation through to completion, the entire team has delivered a genuinely positive experience, and we couldn’t be happier.

We recently bought our first home and had a great experience throughout. The office staff were very helpful, with Venita and Fiona always friendly and quick to respond.

Gethin, the site manager, has been very helpful since we moved in. He’s approachable and always quick to sort anything out, which has made settling into our new home much easier.

We really appreciate all the support from the team.

Great sales team they know there products well and give you good honest advice and go through the fine details with you so you understand all the aspects of buying your new home a special thanks to Fiona, Heather.

Sally did a nice job explaining how we could reserve the home and plot we were interested in and the steps to customize the home and the opportunity to see that model in a nearby development.

Really great experience with Castle Green, particularly in comparison to neighbouring builders too. Customer service is wonderful, communication is clear and meaningful and we feel that they care about us, we are not just another house sold or another number on the street. Sally and Hilary stand out as exemplary employees with their warm welcome and ongoing great service, we can’t wait to move in! Thank you

Homes where nice lady in sales office not so helpful

Castle Green has been nothing but perfect from the start. They have been so so helpful throughout our experience. Laura in the sales centre is so helpful and kept us updated all the way through. We completed over a week ago and the site manager steve has bent over backwards for us and got our snags started right away and is so so helpful. All the snags were very minimal and are mostly cosmetic. I couldn’t recommend castle green enough.

Knowledgeable and friendly, very helpful at all the sites we visited.

From the first enquire to the day we moved in the sales team of Kelly and Kirsty were excellent in the way they walked us through the buying process and the options we had when planning the fitting out of the house.
Prior to moving in and on moving in the Assistant Site Manager Andy was and is excellent in his attention to detail.
He explained all the systems in the house in detail and listened and acted personalty on all of our concern’s.
We have been in the house one week now and we are extremely happy with the location, the site setup and the house itself.
The quality of the fixtures and fittings excellent. The room sizes are a lot bigger than we excepted.

I built my previous home 34 years ago and worked as a Facilities and Infrastructure’s Engineer before I retired 9 years ago and I know a good property when I see one. This for myself and wife Julie is a Very good property. 👍

Friendly, welcoming ladies. Helpful and understanding. Quality of the show homes are amazing. Decor and furnishings beautiful.

A few minor snags but overall we couldn’t be happier in our new castle green home. Thank you to everyone involved and who continue to be involved (on site team). Would definitely recommend.

Carol and Heather were very supportive throughout the process. Carol was very encouraging and guided us where we needed guidance. Overall the whole team was great and the house has been top quality so far.

Staff have been fantastic. Big shout out to Donna. So knowledgable and understanding of the strains and stresses of buying a new house.
