My experience with castle hot tubs was fantastic. Very friendly and very helpful, I would even say they would go above and beyond to help. I would recommend this company 100% to anyone for there hot tub needs.

What a great company. Would Definitley reccccomend
When I started looking for a hot tub I did a lot of research. I found 3 or companies including Castle hot tubs in my area. The service and hospitality that was provided by these guys was amazing! they were able to point me in the right direction and found me a beautiful hot tub. They had a huge choice of hot tubs and swim spas and the prices were very reasonable. From entering the showroom to installation of the spa I was kept well informed of the status of where my hot tub was and provided with all the information I needed for delivery. The delivery team were very friendly and knowledgeable. I absolutely love my hot tub and urge anyone looking to purchase a spa to go see these guys. You will not regret it.

Awesome swim spa = awesome service!
Castle Hot tubs supplied my swim spa, delivered, installed and commissioned last year. Every time I have had a concern or just needed to know how? They responded quickly and clearly, making me feel confident and supported to learn about my spa and be able to use and enjoy it,to maximum fun and relaxing capacity! I have no hesitation in recommending their friendly, knowledgable, professional service.
