The entire team was great
The entire team was great. The delivery team is what sets your company apart from Other furniture suppliers. This team helps remove and assemble your bed and take it outside.
I had heart surgery and could not lift heavy things.
They read manuals and instructions to assemble the bed and put it in place with our zinus mattress. Just wonderful to work with. The end table assembly was also perfect. Awesome delivery people. The white glove service is worth the money.

Courteous & Professional
At one point I had many different customer service associates handle my order, each one only reading the email up top vs looking thru the whole chain, but finally I just got to work with Surina, she was wonderful to work with - professional, courteous, solution oriented and a pleasure to work with.
