Could not cash out my money even after sending all requested documents. They kept asking for information from my bank statement (which I provided) which does not exist. Needing all information to show up on the same page. They asked for proof of my deposit which I showed using the interac email I received in my email (which has the unique code). I opened an account with casumo yesterday, deposited a small amount, won a little and withdrew. Next day I deposited a bit more, lost all of it, not bothered because I usually tend to only deposit test amounts before betting my usual wagers. Detected things I didn't like:
1. Live dealer blackjack tables are extremely limited, you will have a very little selection to choose from.
2. Playtech is not the best gaming provider, I usually do not touch them with a bargepole.
3. Welcome bonus extremely poor, you have to wager x30 to even get any of the welcome bonus wins, which is usually pennies in most cases, £0.60 in my case.
Overall, not bitter just putting my honest opinion out there. For comparison 32red is where I play the most, am actually up overall. But the key difference is selection of tables! You will have a choice of where to play and can wager when you see positive variance. On Casumo, I am sorry, but I cannot say the same and so I closed my account with you today
