I have been using Casumo over the past few months after taking a break for a short while, when I reopened my account I had to use a new debit card and this delayed my withdrawal time for a couple of days but when i sent them a copy of my new card and explained why because my old card was compromised it was sorted out. I have had some good wins and the withdrawals were in my account within ten minutes. I’m surprised at the level of negativity in the reviews about this casino as my experience has always been a positive one. Of course people think they should always win when playing online casinos and I have often been frustrated by countless dead spins and non existent rewards for your money but this is how the system works. Casumo is no better or no worse than most other casinos but where they do excel in by opinion is the speed of the withdrawal

Signed up easily and made my first…

Signed up easily and made my first deposit. However I was unable to access and slots or games as I had to upload my ID. Not a problem usually but I didn’t have any with me so I withdrew the money back out to use another day once I’d been verified. They wouldn’t let me withdraw until I’d upload ID. That wasn’t stated when I deposited though, happy to take my money without any issues but getting it back was another matter!

Absolute joke been over a month trying…

Absolute joke been over a month trying to receive withdraw verified documents many times and provided everything needed to resolve and keep going round in circles and asking me to reverify submitted sales documents over 5 times and nothing being sorted when I ask to be raised higher told to email them which I have done multiple times and not once had response or anyone reach out still being told same thing to submit documents again and once verified will be contacted but I never am I have to chase to be told yet again to provide document that was rejected 24 hrs before and made to wait 3 days for them to accept and then next day be told need to submit again

Refusing/Rejecting Withdrawal

Everything is fine once you try to withdraw your funds. They canceled my withdrawal many times and I have reached out numerous times. I re-verified my account again and they rejected my withdrawal again. Then they tell you to try to withdraw using a different method via bank account. Which I did twice and then again the canceled it.

Stay away guys!

I never go off others reviews as most of them are people who can’t understand you don’t win all the time that’s why it’s gambling. Played full week so far and one of the best experiences I’ve had good amount of bonuses and payouts and quick easy withdrawals. Yes lost some money but that’s normal. Congratulations to the province of Ontario for allowing another scam online casino!

Yes folks, this place is a complete scam.

Tested wagers from 0.20 to 20.00, wins are very minimal and bonuses inexistent. Varied times, wagers, and days, same results, you pay, you lose.

Game selection is good if you’re just playing for fun or have unlimited money to burn, but winning is very limited.

Save your money and time and go elsewhere, or write a letter to Doug Ford to shutdown these scams.

Technical error

During a round of free spins the game crashed with "unknown error" reloaded and did this every time.
Contacted customer support who tell you to clear cache, try different browser. Failing that wait 24-48 hours for it to auto complete and payout.
Well waited 48hrs and nothing free spins have disappeared and no payout.
Contact customer support who have no record of that free spins round on there system so nothing they can do.
I know I should have screenshot the problems but I presumed a professional company would have the records.

Been using casumo for around 6 months so this isn't a just signed up and lost revenge post

Similar story to all the others on here. Easier to break into Fort Knox and steal the gold than receive a withdrawal from these clowns. Endless red tape and uploading intrusive documents when depositing money in the other direction like falling off a log. In future I will be using Midnite as they instantly transfer any winnings using Apple Pay. Disgraceful cowboys do not deserve your custom.

Please be warned... THIS IS A SCAM SITE!!!
I have video's of me playing this site and they show that THIS SITE knows how much you are going to win before the reels have stopped spinning! And what you win is unbelievably low. I am a new customer just registered today and it's taken £45 off me with only a few wins that were a few pence compared to what your stake is... I would avoid this site at all costs if I were you.

UPDATE:- On the 12/12/2025... They have asked for a reference number to better understand my experience, which I can't give to them because I can't log in to my account because they have suspended my account LOL. Disgusting site do not waste your money

Don’t know why there is so many bad reviews signed up this morning i verified before I deposited driving licence and phone bill deposited won over 3k and it was paid out with a couple of hours I was surprised after all the bad reviews expected to have to send docs including what colour undies I had on but nothing great site

If i could give minus i would. Disgusting customer service cut me off and chucked me out before I could finish typing. Haven't closed my account like I asked its been paused.
