I'm using same devices and browser as usual - laptop and Samsung smartphone, both with Google Chrome. Nothing changed here, but site loading slower and crashing a lot, sometimes during the games.

In relation to games as I said these were added quite often, now I see maybe 2-3 games weekly.

I appreciate longer checks, if they happen sometimes, not every single time. As I mentioned last few withdrawal same issue - few hrs +. I have other sites which still keeping "instant withdrawal" rules and think I'll be moving to them, especially seeing that since I left this review I'm not getting any more promos from you. Even that I said these is the good part of your site, and definitely keeping me there.

First of all I really enjoyed Casushi casino so far - it was usually my first place to go as they had very good games, quite quick system and they were reliable with the deposits and withdrawals.

They are advertising as instant withdrawals if deposited by trustly and they were; I used to have money in my bank very quick, within 30 minutes to an hour maximum. However after they made some changes on website, a lot changed overall. The site is now slower, a lot of the time lagging; the games are not updated too much, it seems like they're not adding new games too often (used to be much more before) and withdrawal are terrible now.

Last few withdrawals I had to wait for 5 hours or more. I understand that they have 24 hours time frame and that's what I'm hearing when reaching out to the customer support however for me as a customer who used to see them working very quick on that and were one of the quickest withdrawals compared to other websites I've ever played with, going to over 5 hours it's a little bit disappointing. I'm thinking I will be looking at other sites because this changed drastically within last half year.

On the good note, they have very kind customer support team and I really like the promos because these are not involving staking big amounts of money or having unrealistic wagering requirement, it's literally just deposit and play free spins. But that's the only things which left as positive on this website...
