Got off on the wrong foot
I am impressed by the website and the products offered, but according to these reviews, the products are not that good.
My experience is that I was about to order and wanted to get the first time order discount code. An email must be entered to get that code. I enter my email and I don’t get the code. I complain to their ai bot who gives me the run around and even at one point says tell me your Oder number so I can investigate. I didn’t order yet so there is no order number. Finally it gives me a discount code for a future order. I said there won’t be a future order. One business day went by and I got no response from my email and no code. I wasn’t going to order from them anyway after the discount code experience. The following day I get an email that did not have a discount code and ignored my question.
So this company thinks that because they make a product that claims to be top of the line that they can just do whatever they want and the buyer will have no choice to accept that.
I would have like to buy their products. Would have solved a lot for me and saved me time too. But integrity is more important.
If a company pulls a bait and switch like that before I even order that’s a bad sign. Why would I buy from that kind of operation.
