Though the presentation may not show it immediately, this website is legitimate and wonderful. Products were pretty cheap compared to other K-pop goods websites, order was fulfilled quickly, shipment was ahead of schedule and albums were heavily covered in bubble wrap to ensure safety. Didn't need to speak with customer service, so no experience with that. Otherwise, very happy I found this website!

This is the best online kpop store which sells albums for a good price and they are always on time! I have bought albums from this side several times and I will keep doing so, I'll definitely recommend it!

Been a while since I've last ordered Kpop albums (low on money) but whenever I do, I always come back to this site to order. I was a bit scared to order since COVID and all, but I didn't want to wait any longer. I ordered 4 BTS - Map of the Soul: 7, IU - Love poem, SEVENTEEN - You Made My Dawn, SEVENTEEN - Heng:garae, and SEVENTEEN - 'IDEAL CUT' IN SEOUL DVD. Map of the Soul was listed as a random version, so I requested for all 4 versions right after ordering. They didn't reply and the order was shipped a few days after. The tracking didn't update for a week or two, so I got extremely worried. BUT! When the package came, there were LOTS AND LOTS of bubble wrap (so much that it was kind of a struggle to take off lol) and all 4 of my requested versions were there! I am so happy I now have the full set and none of the albums were damaged. The waiting process was the most frustrating part, but it is totally worth it. The prices for the albums and the shipping were the cheapest I could find. Been ordering here since 2017 and will continue to do so in the future!

I live in the UK and have ordered a number of times and can say with certainty: they are my favourite site to order from for my albums. Cheap prices and they come within a week in the most pristine condition! The bubble-wrap may be a little too excessive but no complaints seeing as how my albums come undamaged every time!

They put all my personal information on a site. Including my real, full name, my phone number, my IP adress, and my full adress (where I live).

Back is 2018 November I ordered a DVD from them. It was 22,000 HUF (Hungarian Forint). I got two text messages, the amount was deducted from my bank account twice. I thought this might also be a paypal issue, so I opened a case. I also wrote down everything there, and it was true. I never lied. I also went to my bank to find the solution. Twice. In the end they confirmed the issue was their fault and they sent me the money MISSING from my bank account. Again, they didn't had to pay me back anything. After this I immediately withdraw from the paypal case. After this they blocked me on their site. I wrote them an email, I contacted them. They didn't reply. After one year I found out they put all my personal data on a site and accused me with scamming. First of all this is illegal, and against the GDPR. Secondly they falsely accused me. If they don't do something about this I'm going to report them to the police.

I ordered 12 kpop albums (10+2 a little later) and I received both of the packages after a very short while. As I’m from Denmark I thought I had to wait at least a month but it took less than 2 weeks.

I haven’t opened the one with 10 albums but the one with 2 came with soooo much bubble wrap!!

Ordered an K-pop album from this website for the first time and they shipped it just the next day and got the album like 2 weeks later (Sweden). It arrived in perfect condition with a lot of bubble wrapping so I really recommend buying K-pop albums from here. It's also pretty cheap.
It also counts towards the Korean music charts so that's a bonus++++

Beställde en K-pop album från detta webbsidan för första gången och dem skickade det nästa dag och fick den typ 2 veckor senare (Från Syd Korea till Sverige). Det kom i bra skick med jätte mycket bubbelplast så jag rekommendera verkligen att beställa K-pop albumor här. Det är också ganska billigt.
Det räknas också till Koreanska musik listor (hanteo chart & gaon chart) så det är ett bonus++++

I did open a paypal case because I was ordering from overseas and had never used the site before. As soon as I received the package I closed the PayPal case. I have reached out to the owner multiple times to settle this misunderstanding.
They NEVER responded to any of my emails. But to leak my personal information is a new level of low for any website owner. If I can’t trust you with my personal info I wouldn’t recommend people trusting you with their credit card info/PayPal info.
