Poor service

We contacted the company to request an engineer attend to fix a fault we had with a griddle. The engineer attended and advised that it required a replacement part which was not available anymore. We were billed for a service call out charge of £264.00.
A week later we contacted another company to send an engineer to look at the same griddle, he was able to order a replacement part and fix the problem.
Would not recommend CES Peterborough, this was not our first issue with the company. We had a commercial kitchen refit over 10 years ago and their workmanship was shocking and they had to return numerous times to rectify issues.
However, I will not be using them again in the future.
