Disgusting Company, Avoid at all costs

Yesterday I was informed that one of the proprietors - Amey Bromley was slandering me all over Facebook, she couldn't contact me directly and say all to me, she then thought it was ok to tag my daughter in on the slandering. I've managed to take shots of all the conversations she's had and I am appalled at how unprofessional she is. This started due to not being credited back for a procedure I had paid upfront for, and nor would they allow me to finish my treatment. When I first went to her and Claire I mentioned I suffered with health issues, I explained that these could cause my having to cancel at short notice, I asked them both if this would be ok? They both said it was fine. I was so poorly for various reasons and wasn't able to go back for many months, then when I contacted Amey, I received excuses from her, in the end she blocked me, this, I thought to be so unprofessional and blatantly rude of her. To cut a long story short Amey got her joint proprietor Claire to message me, she asked what it was all about and I thoroughly explained it, although Amey would have given her some sort of story. Claire then became rude and abusive towards me calling me names saying I was a "Manipulator" blah blah blah, (I still have messages from them both) I kept my cool but I was livid as she too tried to involve my daughter and I was none to happy about it. Then I've since noticed that after I left a comment on their website page, they then started to get people they know or whom they have/are training to friend request me. This is appalling behaviour from them both. They say they are a training school .... really? You both need to take a good look at how you treat people, you cannot be abusive and try and belittle people because you didn't like what someone has said about your business. What you are doing is bullying tactics and it's vile involving others like you have. You should both be ashamed of yourselves. I hope the people that send these girls to you for their training read this post and will think twice about sending them to you in the future. I am aware that others have been spoken to in a rude manner too. Oh, and I was told that my treatment had to be disposed of once taken out of the fridge, this too was a lie as I've checked up on that product and they last for 6 weeks after being removed from the fridge - FACT

Courses Not Accredited. Dishonest and Unprofessional.

I purchased courses from this company that were advertised as CPD accredited, but later found out that they were not. This company mis-sold the courses, but so far have only partially refunded one of them, The Lip Blush Course (after initially saying I was wrong, they have now admitted fault). The CPD group does not provide multiple accreditations under the umbrella of Micropigmentation. I would recommend contacting The CPD Group if you have been a customer and are unsure if your certificate is valid. After raising a formal complaint to this company, I was banned from their Facebook page (as per the advice they give to their students to avoid negative reviews). CA Cosmetic Aesthetics Ltd threatened me with legal action referring me to the terms and conditions of their dissolved former company CA Cosmetic Aesthetics Academy Ltd. CA Cosmetics Aesthetics made a point of letting me know they know who my employer is and accused me of sending a letter from my place of work (I work from home and have the post office receipt). I mention this as it shows what length they’ll go to to try to intimidate a customer after a complaint. I’ve given them fair chance to resolve the issue before deciding to write this review. Due to the fact this Limited Company instructed me to make payment via bank transfer to their personal bank accounts I could not claim back the outstanding money owed to me from my card provider. CA needs to gain an understanding of their responsibilities as a limited company and develop a professional complaints procedure that doesn’t involve ridiculous statements while referring to the customer as ‘hun’. I have evidence to support everything detailed in this review.
