Here is my experience as a customer:
My very first order on this website was in September 2015. I believe the dry food they produce is the best quality.
Since this is the only dry food I feed my cats with, I order several times a year.
On june 23rd, 2020, I ordered one bag of Fees Favorite (15 kg) for a price of 79,00 EUR.
Few days after the delivery, I noticed a very bad smell in the room where the Fees Favorite bag was stored. When I noticed that the bag was open on the bottom, I contacted the client service to let them know and ask how long the food will remain safe for my cats since the previous bag wasn't empty yet.
On July 16th, I sent them another email but, like the first email, they simply ignored me.
The adresses I used were the correct ones since they already answered me twice in the past. To add something to my order, for example.
In the end, I had to thrown away 15 kg of dry food and never ordered from this website again!
