CBD COOLING GEL

I got the cooling gel for my Mum who has hip pain and feet pain and she says it helps her.
I ordered online and received the items next day and I will be ordering more when needed

help pls! Ihave not received my parcell and no notification yet whatsoever. I even checked out if I could track my shipping and package's route.I found none.No tracking resource in order confirmation email received from CBD Hemp Store Ltd. see pls my Order #3318 (01/03/2020) . Hi Tiberiu,
Firstly we wish to apologise for the delay in your order being received, the order was placed on the 01/03/2020 and shipped on the 02/03/2020. The first correspondence we received from you was this morning in which we replied within 10 minutes with an update that the parcel was being held by customs in Switzerland since 04/03/2020 and due to be released within 48 hours. Please see the email updates we have provided regarding the tracking and shipment information.

Once again we do apologise that on occasions when we ship internationally customs hold parcels for inspection to ensure they are safe. If the parcel is not released within 48 hours as we stated in our email we are happy to resend the order or issue a full refund with our apologies.

Please do contact us at anytime as we aim to find a suitable resolution for this delay.
