Had an enquiry to make regarding a troubleshooting issue I was having. The team who responded were. A massive help & resolved the issue in a swift manner.

I am repeatedly receiving unsolicited emails from this organisation, despite never subscribing to their mailing list or having any prior association with them.

I recieved unsolicited marketing email from Commercial Business Equipment.

I have emailed them three times to ask them where they have obtained my details from and why they are emailing me and three times they have failed to reply.

I would NOT recommend leasing a copier or printer from CBE. We used CBE without trouble for three years. They then convinced our office manager to sign a five-year lease. She was not paying attention to the fine print when she signed on. Two months later we tried to terminate the lease with their partner Grenke Leasing. They demanded five years of lease payments up front with no consideration for us returning the copier almost five years early. The whole episode has been very demanding and very “legal”. Looking at the other reviews on this site it is very hard to believe that any of them are authentic.

I ordered 2 toner cartridges which arrived on time, well packaged, and very competitively priced.

New to buying commercial print cartridges, I searched for printer cartridges on the web. CBE's price was knock-out and almost too good to be true. I phoned, got straight through to someone who gave me a solid explanation of why the price was so good and I was convinced. I signed up and goods arrived next day.

cbe-ltd had the best price for these Samsung toner cartridges - so much so I wondered if they were going to be genuine! But they were. Product was well-packaged, delivery was fast. An excellent service - I would order again.
