I wish I could have given a zero for this company. They just sent text and email to collect customs duty but the goods value is not how much the sender claimed. Way too much! I don't think this is a reliable company.
They sent me an email to pay customs duties in Italy before Brexit, and already here it is enough to understand the situation. I access the link to pay and they tell me that the payment was archived after 5 days from the advise, when the deadline would have been after 15 days. Unnecessary the 3 times that I contacted the assistance, where I didn’t have a reply or they told me that they needed a particular code that strangely neither Me and the courier had. Outraged by these unserious people, the package is now lost after a month yet. I will consider to remove this review when and if they will help me, for now they just gave me problems. Shame on you!
