My experience with them as a TEF candidate
My exam results were delayed beyond the normal waiting times clearly stated on their own website. All I wanted was simple reassurance that everything was fine and a clear indication of when I could expect my results. That was apparently too much to ask.
Instead of addressing my concern, customer support did nothing but repeat generic information that is already publicly available online, completely avoiding my actual question. I took the exam on January 14, and to this day I still have no idea when I will receive my results because they refuse to provide a clear answer or engage more than once.
Shockingly incompetent and unprofessional customer support. They seem either unwilling or incapable of understanding basic issues, responding only with meaningless, copy-paste replies. Zero empathy, zero responsibility, zero transparency, and zero problem-solving skills. This has been one of the most frustrating and miserable customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I genuinely regret having to deal with them.
