There are so many things wrong with this hospital, I don’t even know where to begin. They are currently facing so many lawsuits, I don’t even know how they manage to stay opened. Also the fact they have 1 real physician working in the clinic. The rest work on call or for the ER. I have so many complaints about this place I could write a whole entire book. Dr Brown for instance, condescending and patronizing my son and I. Assuming we aren’t educated for I don’t know what reason. Then there’s the 24 hr notice you must give if you’re calling in because you can’t make it to your appointment. Otherwise by the 3rd time they will terminate you from the clinic. Now some things aren’t under our control, like the time I had to go get a blood transfusion because my blood count was low and they told me it would count against me because it wasn’t a 24 hour notice. And another time was because I couldn’t find a ride before I had purchased a car. So I had to call and cancel. These are things people have no control of but they still count it against you. The list goes on but this is what I mean. If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. I would not recommend anyone going here unless you’re really trying to die. DO NOT GO TO THE ER ESPECIALLY! There are so many stories I hear from others as well even from some nurses.
