Great service from start to finish. I'm really pleased with my amp. Thank you to John for helping me throughout this transaction and making sure it was packed well for transport. I highly recommend CC Music, they are so helpful. Highly recommended.
I went there a little over a year ago to have a banjo repaired. The guys were friendly enough, and I had the instrument looked at and repaired within a week or so. The banjo needed a new machine head. On getting the instrument home I discovered the new part had been put in with a lot of glue which was quite visible, and some of the varnish had been scraped off the fingerboard near the tuning peg. I did email the repairer to let him know and asked if there was anything he could do about it, but received no response.
Just under a year later, the machine head stopped working. I took it to another shop nearby, where my thoughts about the initial repair were echoed. I was also told the machine head they'd used was a cheap one. I paid more to get it fixed this time with a good quality machine head and just wish I'd gone there the first time.
