I hired Credence as my advisor to go through a proposal and I was fortunate enough to deal with Sangita. She helped me navigate the process and gave me some solid advise. She is very transparent with Credence’s role and goes to length to explain the process. She is on your side through out the negotiation process. It is better to have an informed advisor /Insolvency Counsellor like Sangita of Credence to represent you than you representing yourself. A company with a heart ! Thank you!

They helped me out with my debts problems and understand my situation with my financial

I worked with them in 2018 and was scammed for over $2100.00. I am having an impossible time getting ahold of them, essentially Mahmood lied and took advantage of me and we had an agreement on the payment amount but instead, he took out four extra payments, when I had paid his fee in cash. I thought this money was going towards my consolidation, but I have confirmation that he only once forwarded the money to BDO and pocketed the rest. This is so unprofessional and I am concerned that they are possibly doing this to many people. I also have had an impossible time booking my counselling sessions and have had absolutely no response now that I am aware of the way that they scammed me.

I was stressed due to all the threatening calls from the collections, I thought I could never pay off my debts. I consulted with Credence Credit team and they gave me a payment plan which is affordable and it’s nice to I will be debt free in less than three years and all the call stopped.
