Thank you for the review. However we neither serve food (unless you mean a free biscuit with your coffee) nor do we have any brunette women working here, so I suspect you may not have the correct premises?
Never the less, I shall hunt high and low and see if I can forward your concern to a food type establishment employing brunettes!
(I'm baffled why trustpilot filtered my first post of this for "missing proof of purchase" because it doesn't ask for any proof of purchase! Trustpilot - email me if you want invoice copies!)
CCS charge about the right amount - not too much - for good quality broadband that runs fast at all times of day. I appreciate being able to call them and get straight through to someone who knows their stuff, who will take ownership of any problem and deal with it. If anything goes wrong with the connection then I know I'm much better off with CCS than having wait on hold for a Sky call centre drone to type something into a computer.
CCS have got their offer just right. They charge enough to run a good network with good staff, without overloading or losing quality.
I thought CCS' own website was rubbish - you can tell they don't have a slick marketing dept! - but I found their blog with lots of interesting things that made me confident about migrating to them. Glad I did.
CCS Leeds is the best datacenter there is out there. The staff know what they are doing and always go as far as possible to help. I'm very happy I colocated my servers there.
CCS Leeds have a reliable, well connected network and have always been an utter pleasure to deal with. They've always gone above and beyond the call of duty for me and have helped me out of tough spots.
