I did not appreciate being told that my order had been processed by another company. The book was damaged when it arrived and I was told that another company had processed the order but when I contacted this other company they said my order was "in a different system". This was NOT helpful!

Orders cancelled twice without notice
Placed an order and paid for a discounted pool heat pump and received an order confirmation. A few hours later I received an order update stating the order has been cancelled, no reason or explanation provided.
Figured there was maybe something wrong with the discount/rebate on the item and forgot about it.
A week later the item is still listed and I placed a new order only to have it cancelled again without any explanation.
Contacted customer service and it turned out the seller don't ship to my postal code. I live in a larger city, not a rural area.
Anyway I think that cdon or the seller should have prevented customers in my part of the country from placing orders in the first place, or at least provided a reason when cancelling the order.

Very bad experience, don't buy in CDON.no
I had a very bad experience with CDON.no. They dont have a customercare number and you only have to contact them through emails. I bought a mobile from soldfy.se via CDON.no and they sent me a defect piece. To return the product, they gave an address that is Incorrect and probably a fraudulent one. Posten.no could not deliver the product to soldfy.se address and the product came back to me. Now, god knows how to get my money back (refund).
