Very bad experience.Because of late delivary i cancelled my product and now they are charging me 389dkk shipping charge where the prodcut price is 1285dkk.Its really sad and bad experience

I've only ever used CDON twice and twice they have been extremely late with delivery, even when I have paid extra for express delivery. I'm unlikely to be using them again.

I just received the Forever BTH-505…
I just received the Forever BTH-505 Trådlöst headset, On-ear, Svart and it is very frustrating that clearly it was never tested before delivery as one can clearly hear a noisy and irritating rattling sound of a broken object in the right ear. The sound is so bad that the headset is not usable at all. The problem has nothing to do with sound or audio as I did not even attempt to connect the headset. It is a physical rattling of a free unattached object moving freely inside the right ear of the headset when I lift the headset or when I even slightly move or turn my head or when walking.

Purchase process was fine. Delivery was really bad. Just received an email to say product was in Parcelshop for pickup, nowhere showed where the parcelshop was located. Had to check with the nearby shop to check if they had it.

Another Dropshipper who has no stock. No product on sight for 1 month now
Pls do not order from them. I had placed my order on 20 Nov and CDON refer direct me to their vendor and refuse to help. Vendor replied it is on its way. It has gone now for a month. No product on sight. Wrote in to cancel it and they refused as they said it is on its way. That was 1 week ago. I went to CDON Contact us and enter their choice of (1) I have not received the product (2) Jag vill ångra mig these 2 options are not available for me to mode forward as it says NOT allowed to return. This is weird. I can’t even reach out. If you see this CDON please refund my order as I had already purchased elsewhere. Christmas is near and the way you are marketing is not honest. If you are doing drop shipping, you must indicate in your page and product. You do not have the product and ask a customer to deal with your VENDOR? Why do I buy from you then? I might as well buy from the direct source where I can buy it at a retailer or someone who have stock. Your way of selling is unethical and dishonest. Please refund.

Disappointing
Shipment was good, but the CD Silva Schneider was a disappointment. The description and photos online were not sufficient. The buttons are too small, making it very difficult to use.

Nahhhhh i have given them a chance all the time but this time.. not anymore.. order something 2 months agooo over 600$ too worst was the shipped it after a month untill now i dont have it.. cant track it either for that price.. please i dont recommed if you but on their site.. i dont recommend it at all... idk why they open this and not even fix it reals..
