Visited Attleborough branch yesterday to have my eye test always choose to see Neil Cameron very friendly and professional it’s like going to see an old friend felt like a valued client Dave Youngman

Had a very poor interaction with the Halesworth branch the other day. Rang up on the phone and asked if they could repair my late grandfathers sunglasses, I explained they were very important to me. They said sure bring them round and not even a couple of minutes of them going back to have a look, they came back to the front desk with the glasses in two pieces saying that they were really brittle and asked how old they were, as if the phone call hadn’t explained they were my grandfathers. They said there’s nothing they could do and handed them back over to me in pieces. Cracking job

Cecil Amey opticians Dereham have given me great care and assisance and got me referred for a serious eye condition very quickly. The professional care and kindness of the staff is exemplary. All the opticians and staff have been exceptional justifying all the cost. I have been impressed by the calm profesional treatment and diligence in testing my eyes by older and much younger opticians. I know I need eventually to have cornea replacements. Today I got my glasses frames replaced in 24 hours following an accident, which is a relief as my super UV protective lenses are important to me. REALLY GREAT SERVICE. My thanks for your care.
