From the start, Geoff was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the selection process to transform a chain link fence into a beautiful privacy hedge. He conducted a thorough site visit and accommodated me when an earlier installation window opened up this month. The installation team was punctual, efficient, and professional. To ensure long-term success, Geoff provided clear, comprehensive maintenance instructions. I am absolutely thrilled with the transformation of these 8’ hedges and cannot thank Geoff enough for his exceptional service.

The cedars arrived in perfect condition, exactly as promised. From the start, he was extremely honest and upfront about what I would be getting, and he responded quickly to any questions I had.

His crew did outstanding work. They were meticulous and took their time to ensure everything was done properly. They left my yard spotless when the job was complete and even went above and beyond by setting the sod they removed in other areas of the yard. Throughout the entire process, everyone was professional and respectful.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Geoff and his team. I had been looking into getting some swamp cedars for the backyard, and discovered his business. He responded to my emails almost immediately, and was really thorough and detailed in his responses. He took his time to address concerns I had and made me feel comfortable with this installation. Upon installation day, his company had an issue with one of the trucks. Geoff kept me informed and updated on the situation. My trees got planted the same day and he did some stunning work. I am very pleased with the installation of my 13 10 foot cedars and in fact with the whole process. My installation was tricky because it was in a narrow trench between a wall and a deck. Geoff guided me very patiently through the necessary preparation. Trees look great but it is still early days.

I did a lot of research before I settled on Cedar Ontario. Contact with Geoff was great. He walked me through the process and asked questions about location and soil etc. The trees are lovely and installed seamlessly. I’ll look forward to many years of a beautiful hedge.
