Purchased tickets for a Las Vegas show. Website stated I would not be charged until tickets were processed. I was charged for tickets, plus a 35 dollar fee and tickets were not processed.

Cancelled Groupon
I bought a Groupon deal for the NYC Go City pass for two 1 adult and 2 children passes in the week running up to Black Friday, all went through fine, Ceetiz sent me through my voucher codes to redeem with Go City 48 hours after purchase which I then added to my Go City app. 10 days later I received an email from Groupon telling me I had been refunded for my deal. After speaking with Groupon and Ceetiz they said it was a technical issue and that they were sorry but my order has now been cancelled. What they've obviously realised is that they mispriced the original deal and weren't making £ from it so cancelled it. If it was a misprice error they should have never sent me the verified codes 48 hours after purchase. I had already pre-booked some of the sights and now Black Friday deals have ended with other suppliers and I have missed out getting a good deal elsewhere, I travel in just over a week and my plans are now ruined.

Multiple problems with the site
Your site did not take my USA phone number. It kept putting in ( ) around my area code then saying I could only use numbers. It did not tell me how I would get my tickets. it did not say where the boat trip wound be leaving. It did not have the time of departure or the length of the trip.
