Its a shame i cannot give zero stars as this woman has zero integrity, zero customer service skills, zero professionalism and zero idea how to run a business. Absolutely awful human being and absolutely no business even offering paid-for services to the public. Overcharged me and refused to refund initially, then turned up to the event without the correct props, spoke to my mother and auntie like they were dog doodoo, threatened my father with physical violence and threw a prop at him. then refused to refund for services poorly executed, time wasted and upset caused. SCANDULOUS AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
