very expensive chair but the remote…
very expensive chair but the remote control stopped working ! rubbish quality not recommended the vibration feature makes a noise like concorde taking off! hardly relaxing ! back to the drawing board celebrity ! no point having a recliner that doesn't recline is there? I now have a new remote supplied bt celebrity who are refusing to honour their warranty on it ! what a dreadful company to deal with steer clear!!

Used the service line twice and was told information regarding a spare part. The information I was given was factual and correct. I was informed that if I ordered the part on late on Friday it would be processed on Monday and I should receive it on Tuesday. This was exactly what happened. The part arrived it good condition and was well packed.

20 Year Old Celebrity Recliner.
After my sister passed away I discovered that she had a Celebrity Recliner which she never used, I think it belonged to our mother.
The chair was like new and my sister-in-law required one.
When I check the chair I could not find the transformer to operate it.
I e-mailed Celebrity Customer Service (Liz) with the Serial Number for a replacement. Liz replied informing me that the chair was over 20 years old and they did not have the part anymore.
Liz then check with their engineer department and was offered another transformer that they thought might work.
When the transformer arrived (2 days) I fitted it and the recliner is working like new.
I would recommend Celebrity Customer Service (Liz)
for going that extra mile to help me.

Diane Musgrave replied a few minutes after 9am to my overnight email query about Celebrity stockists in the ROI snd NI, and again that morning within minutes to my follow-up question.
Her replies were in plain, warm, concise and helpful terms. Following which my wife and I paid a deposit on two Celebrity recliners from our local stockist yesterday, and expect delivery in about six weeks.
Customer service is so often tediously slow, stiff, formulaic and less than helpful. Diane's responses showed instead how it can and should always be done.

I enquired about a replacement recliner chair control box (TC7-2039-010 ) for my mother-in-law. I struggled to find any companies that stocked the same part.

Bought an Electric Recliner from Celebrity.
Unfortunately the retailers delivery team did not connect the headrest adjustment cable properly.
Celebrity customer service rep Liz was very helpful &
arranged for a technician call-out within a few days.
He fixed the issue quickly.
Bought a Westbury petite. Overall a very comfortable recliner. Guaranteed for 5 years. Sounds like I am covered for any problems for a while.
My experience so far has been positive. I would recommend Celebrity as a company.
