After 17 days from ordering, the tracking number is still not active, while the website states that the package would be shipped within 5-7 business days...

I ordered a battery of iqoo neo 6. The part is absolutely new and fully working condition.

2 months in email correspondence, nothing delivered, no refund

Ordered new battery for Asus Zenfone. Item was faulty - and does not work.
Company want me to send back to them for them to look at. However, it is prohibitively expensive to post back to India.

They are worst service providers, Will delay the product delivery and in case you opt for refund.. they have tedious condition ( refund in store points) so you won't be able to use that refund amount anywhere else..

Placed an order from them over 3 months ago, haven't received the item and have been getting constant lies from them in all communications. Contacted them before placing the order to verify "in stock" status, they confirmed. Then it's been nothing but lies and run around since then. Ended up having to file a dispute with the credit card company, since Cellspare's communication saying that they were going to cancel and refund my order was another lie. It's been over 2 weeks and my order status hasn't changed and no refund received (they said 2-3 business days... 2-3 weeks ago). I also told them to cancel the order 2 months ago if they couldn't provide tracking information "by the end of the week". At the end of the week, they provided tracking information, but it has simply said tracking information received since then. They created the tracking information, with no intention of shipping it, to stall and avoid cancelling

I had paid for an ORIGINAL DISPLAY of HONOR X9-5G, But was shipped with a copy of the same and it was defective because of lights coming out of the edges of the display. They refunded a part of the amount and I had to keep the display. From September-2025 the display was working till 17 th-November-2025 which is approximately 2.5 months only .The display stopped responding after 17th November2025. The product quality from Cellspare is of doubtful and and very low quality.

Ordered a battery, which was sent a month after the order. When contacting the customer service (in order to have some explanations, because I know it can take time, but why send it a month after, when they also propose a fast delivery within 2 weeks), they replied that was ok, as it was still going to arrive within the estimated 45 days (!!!) delivery time.
Thanks for that great explanation guys.
So if you wonder, don't buy from them.

After more than 45 days waiting for my parcel, I have requested the refund (this was almost 2 weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for this parcel to show up) and I still can't believe what the customer support replied : " Will process your refund immediately once the negative feedback will be removed we asked the same thing before also".
I received the refund shortly after (and did not delete the review on trust pilot).
This is purely a scam, I'm sure they have never sent my order. Please be careful, do not buy from this company.

It was a good experience getting OLED original screen of Honor Magic 6 Porsche model. Its an ultra rare and premium flagship. Yet got the delivery (a bit late... But worth the wait of 21 days)
