I had a very very bad experience with car no 325 I was subject to abuse threating behaviour and I was kicked out of the car for no reason simply because u made a complaint about his behaviour and he said that he would charge a customer who pay by card more as he said he loses little of his fare ... I was left upset and unhappy being through out of the taxi in a area I don't know in chesterfield... Aline taxis saved me and got me home safely too if it wasn't for a line taxis i wouldn't known what would happen to me on that day .... I called 999 and made a complaint about the taxi driver in Central cabs chesterfield he was charged with public order offences and he was made to sign a form to never contact me ever and to stay away from my home and me indefinitely.... I was shocked he wasn't fired....

Disappointed and unbelieveable that two people in the Control Office did not know that all their Cars are Licensed to carry 4 Passengers only. This was after being assured we could have a 2 year old sitting on a Lap.

Extremely good value for money. Not once have I had a bad experience.
