We had a genuinely terrible experience and want to warn people away from the lovely photos portrayed online. Further my review has been deleted from face book and I have been blocked from face book and Instagram for uploading photos from my visit. The apartment was filthy and unsafe and nothing close to the deluxe apartment advertises, and the director has not reached out despite being emailed and sent the photos. A definite red flag.

Booked an apartment with these guys and had to make various changes to the booking. They were helpful and always prompt to reply/very good communication. The flat is in a quiet modern block close to the city centre. Definitely recommended.

The location was very good, it had everything we needed. it was lovely and cosy when we arrived as the heating had been on.I would reccomend ye change up your pillows. They were too soft and uncomfortable for me. I would have no problem staying here again. Oh just one thing maybe outside could be kept cleaner. It's a bit off putting when you arrive in case inside is not clean which it was.nice touch with the crisps and the wine thank you.

The apartment was large and airy. The area where it's located is run down. There were a number of things broken, missing and not up to standard. The toilet roll holder was missing from the wall, not the end of the world but it had just been left with big holes in the plaster. The hook behind the bathroom door was missing and the fitting was just left. A door was missing from the bathroom cabinet. There was black mould around the shower tray and orange soap scum mould in the grout on some areas of the shower.
The handle on one of the doors in the lounge was broken and hung down.
There was no lid on the bin in the kitchen. There were grease marks on the wall behind the hob and the sink. One of the legs was bent on the ironing board so it tipped backwards, it was difficult to use as when you put pressure on the board it was in danger of collapsing. The sink plug did not seal.
They did send a cleaner the next day to clean the bathroom and they did hang 3 new hooks on the bathroom door, they hung them around the broken fitting. I’ve since sent a complaint to the Belfast Apartments who didn't initially respond. I sent a follow up email which they did respond to, they did not receive my first email although I sent it to the same email address. They have apologised and offered a discount on my next stay in Belfast in one of their apartments. As I'm not planning to return to Belfast this is of little use to me.
Would I recommend the apartment or Belfast Apartments, no I would not.

The apartment was perfect : everything worked (shower pressure / temperature, heating), was clearly labelled (cooker switch etc), cosy bed/bedding (best sleeps ever), lovely simple lay-out, clean and minimal, great location and easy entry. Thank you also for the welcome wine and Tayto crisps: cannot believe the wine remains untouched!
