This garage won't promise to sell you the cheapest car around and make a point of that. The tall salesman actually said that when I quizzed him why the car I was looking at was £500 more than elsewhere. He then explained the benefits of using them, the after sales, and the fact that the alloys had been fully refurbished etc. In short you get what you pay for. He reassured me and was honest. That is exactly what I needed and what other garages need to learn from.
Freddy is perfect (yes Ive given him a name!) and does what I need it to do and the funny thing is I never even went in to buy a Suzuki, but the salesman showed me that it based on what I was looking for, it would be the most suitable. Oh yes, and it still smells nice, will ask what their valeter uses next time I'm passing.
