Had Ian pick me up from work tonight! Made me feel comfortable, made plenty of conversation! Would 100% recommend this company but most of all would 100% recommend Ian!

I'm sorry to say theres a few taxi drivers not do caring kind or even want to talk to you some are grumpy as hell......taxi drivers mostly are lovely kind caring with a heart and they talk to you as a person not ignore you like you are a no body ....today 20th February car no 325 taxi driver was horrible towards me today I also remembered that he said he would charge extra for thoses using a card payment as he said he losses 10 per cent every time customers pay by card so he said he charge few per cent for every customer using a card payment too with out customers knowing it .. he was rude today and also used abusive behaviour towards me today before 1440hrs telling me I had a complaint about him I told him I felt not welcome in his car I felt that I shouldn’t be in his car as a customer he attuide was it’s not my problem at all .. he was blackmailing me to apologise to him or apologise to the company From my complaint I said no I will not he called me a abusive names towards me and I see this as treating behaviour towards me too I told him that you don’t deserve a apology And he said why not, and I said, because you don’t I said I’m telling the truth as everyone has a right to make a complaint about a drivers behaviour If a customer feels to do so .. Hey, made it clear that it would take me home even I asked him to stop His abusive language to stop and leave it alone my complaint he carried it on using abusive language He blackmailed me saying that if I didn’t apologise that he stop the car there and then throw me out In the end, he did do his sharply stop the car which was quite danger The way he was driving the way he stopped Told me to get the... out of his cab I did do, and I shut the door hard He got his car And told me don’t.... slam his car door like this I also told him that I’m gonna call the police because he has Still using abusive language and he told me to... do it He also drove off and stuck his middle finger up .. as he was leaving .. Leaving me, stranded in Chesterfield .. I also told him that I’m going to ring the police and he told me I’ll..... take you there .. I will never use this company ever again after 11 years been a loyal customer .. I reported this incident today to the police And they’ve told me never to use this company again, as it’s not good for my mental health .. And to start using a different taxi company..this strange number called today which has never happened before… till today .. I’m guessing from the bad cab driver who caused upset towards me

Booked a timed collection early morning for 4.30pm. Didn't turn up, despite 4 calls and lied to on every call, stating "will be with you in 3/4 minutes", still not turned up at 5.00pm.

Called another company who came within 10 minutes.

PLEASE DON@T USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY WILL JUST LET YOU DOWN AND LIE TO YOU.

Booked a taxi with Central Cars Chesterfield to take us from Dronfield to the Ibis Hotel in Chesterfield at midnight on Saturday 29th July 2023. The driver turned up on time and got us to our destination. The charge was around £23 and I paid him £30 (he preferred cash of course) and asked him to keep the change. I got up to the hotel room and realised within a few seconds I didn't have my mobile. The taxi driver had called me on it to confirm he'd arrived and I then remember leaving it in the back of the taxi. Borrowed a phone to call their main number and the guy promised to get hold of the driver who must have dropped us off only a couple of minutes ago. He phoned back about 5 minutes later to inform me that the mobile was definitely not there and not only that the driver had taken another fare and dropped them off already. From the Ibis you're heading away from Chesterfield along the dual carriageway so I reckon just to get to the town centre would probably take 5 minutes so to pick up a fare and drop them off and search the back of the cab all so quickly was remarkable. The guy who phoned me back then volunteered bizarrely that the passenger or passengers next in the cab could have taken it (though I recall putting it in the pocket in the seat in front which meant it wasn't easy to see). When I asked if the taxi driver had checked that pocket he got shirty with me so I got the message and immediately phoned the mobile company to put a block on it. You can draw your own conclusions as to what actually happened.
