Warning. Scam booking company

The company centralr.com have scammed me for 39.25euro
This is how they scam people :
They lure you to think you're are booking directly on a website operate by hotel. In reality you are not on the hotel website but on a fake website created by centralr.com that visually appears to be the hotels . They even register a domain name equal to the hotel name plus the name of the city or destination as a suffix. As soon as you have booked a stay at the hotel on the fake website they will in fact book the room for you but this comes at a high price because they will send you an email stating that they have charged your credit card 39.25 euro and they revial that they are not the hotel but a booking company called centralr.com
