Perfect Menthol Hit!

Super slow shipping
I tried them once and received a damaged item on top of the incredibly slow processing and shipping times. I tried them again some months later thinking it was a fluke and the slow shipping persists. Item will arrive two full weeks after ordering which in this day in age isnt acceptable. They need to figure out their processing and logistics to get orders out sooner. I probably wont order from them again as a result.

Sketchy Age Verification
They want you to verify your age by uploading your ID to a standard Jotform without any professional KnowYourCustomer (KYC) software. Jotform.com even recommends third-party options on their blog.
I called to cancel the order and he said he would, but it still says "Awaiting Shipment" and now they won't answer their phone. I will be staying far away from this place and use a shop with a professional age verification system.

We understand your concerns about our current document upload process, and while KYC software would be easier for us to use and less expensive, we actually chose JotForm for higher security compliance.
The platform is designed to protect sensitive medical records and requires federal-level security. The HIPAA-compliant features actually offer a higher standard of security than most standard "Know Your Customer" (KYC) tools, and we can personally protect and immediately delete your Data after verification (while KYC is stored on servers) and in transit.
While it's not fancy and not automated, we feel safe knowing we can keep your information secure without sending it anywhere, and with JotForms' 256-bit SSL encryption (the banking standard), and it offers RSA 2048-bit keys
Regarding your cancellation, we apologize for the delay in providing the status update. Our customer service team has flagged your order to ensure it is fully cancelled and refunded immediately.

I had written off Central Vapor over a…
I had written off Central Vapor over a year ago but they had a recent deal I thought I couldn't pass up on. To be fair I think the problem is more so with the USPS they use in McKinney. Every time I've ordered the package will get accepted by PO but will then sit there for maybe up to a week before it moves on. I reported the problem to CV and they just pass the error onto USPS and maybe give you a coupon. I would think they would switch PO's maybe or at least complain because I for sure won't order anything else in the future regardless of how good of a deal it appears to be.
