Promising route, but airline not ready for customers!
I was initially very pleased to see a direct route between Copenhagen and Tashkent, opening up travel opportunities to the gem that Uzbekistan truly is. Because of this, I recommended friends and family members planning to visit Uzbekistan to support this new airline and book their tickets through them. I was asked to book 9 round-trip tickets for family members, all of whom had high expectations.
During checkout, the price shown was 29,919 DKK (56,744,853 UZS). After payment, the booking confirmation suddenly showed 69,674,271 UZS, and the credit card was charged 36,869.80 DKK plus fees via a USD payment gateway.
Customer service was only available via Telegram and provided inconsistent and contradictory information. At first, I was told that prices could not be adjusted and that cancellation with penalties would be the only option. Later, I was informed via Telegram that the flights were cancelled by the airline, yet no official cancellation email was sent.
Because I was told the flights were cancelled, non-refundable replacement tickets were booked with another (trusted) airline for the family. Only after repeated follow-ups and a bank dispute did Centrum Air finally process a full refund.
While the refund eventually came through, the overall experience was stressful and poorly handled. The idea of this route is good, but Centrum Air clearly needs to establish reliable operations, transparent pricing, and proper customer support before it can be trusted.
At this stage, I cannot recommend booking with them.
Horrible company
Horrible company, booked a flight Delhi - Tashkent -TLV
The flight from Delhi was delayed by nearly 12 hours. The ground staff just disappeared, no one to give any answers. If one of them did show up they would have no answers offer no help and when we asked them to book an alternative flight for us (since it was clear that we would, lose our connection) all they said is either "speak to the staff on the gate - which didn't speak English, or was so junior they couldn't do anything) or kept on pushing away responsibility saying - we can't help you in Tashkent there will be representative that will help.
After more than 12 hours delay we landed in Tashkent where the company rep did all in his power to avoide providing any solutions to the delay besides staying another 36 hours in Tashkent till their next flight to TLV (although there were other flights with Uzbekistan air lines to the same destination from Tashkent on the day)
Needless to say that even 36 hours later on the "new desegnated flight" Was delayed by 5 hours and literally till the last moment we had no idea if the flight will take off Or not - DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR NEVER FLY WITH CENTRUM AIR
3 hours delay, bad service, bad explanation, rude
3 hours delay, never explained the reason. Baggage problem, everywhere was stuffed. 2 attendants did not speak uzbek. One was rude, did not offer a drink. Did not take food boxes away until 5 min before landing. We were stuffed, it was so unprofessional, and tbh, awkward and embarrassing for them. Not very kind service (this is mainly one flight attendant, 1 russian girl on flight from tbilisi to tashkent) not very good first impression of the airlines, not good service, im sorry to say, i feel bad for them, :( i will not be quick to take a flight thru them again.
Very bad airline
I booked for a round trip dubai to taskent - flight normally is around 3 Hrs and both experiences were very bad
DXB to Rashkent
-We stayed around 1.5 hours in the plane and plane is not moving
- they landed on another airport to drop there national sports team so we landed then fly again to main airport which wasted around 2 Hrs - no transit was mebtioned in the itenary and this should have been a direct flight
- total flight took around 7 hours inside the plane instead of 3
Tashkent to DXB
- preparing and printing boarding pass took aroun 1 hr and we were about to mess the plane
- stuck inside the plane also for around 1.5 Hrs before flying
Adding to this while waiting inside the plane and after running to catch the plane - crew wants the passengers to remain seated with seat belts on not even going to the toilet until we fly !!
Very poor customer care and service
The worst flying company that I've experienced. We had a flight to Bangkok with a 3-hour connection in Tashkent. It was delayed for over 5 hours, with no apologies, no food, and no compensation, and most importantly, no one could answer us throughout this time. I then tried to reach customer service for over two months, and it was impossible to get through to them. Every time I actually reach someone from there, it's only through Telegram, with very poor English. No one seemed to care or was willing to help. Very bad service
Centrum Air are the worst airline…
Centrum Air are the worst airline operating. I would tell anyone who is considering flying with them not to do it. My flight with them was delayed by 6/7 hours and I was left in Tashkent overnight. There was barely any communication and it was complete chaos and the worst airport experience I ever had. I have complained to them since it (via email and their website) and they simply don’t reply. I have flown a lot in my life and I have never experienced such an incompetent and useless airline.

cancelled their own flight. it was not a tourism agency ticket, I purchased the ticket from their own website and the day later I received an e-mail saying my ticket was postponed to another flight. Thanks for not asking if that flight was proper for me or not:) If you have a very a very flexible plan and if the ticket price is so cheap like 50% compared other alternatives, you may think about it but there is still nor guarantee that there will be a flight. They told me they would refund the ticket charge but I am waiting for 4 days, let's see.

It is worst airlines ever, never buy tickets , we waited aggregate departure and return more than 11 hours , never trust their yandex reviews its all bots giving 5 stars, they don'teven worse 1 star
Terrible experience with Centrum Air
Terrible experience with Centrum Air. First, I was unable to check in online. Then the flight was delayed by 3 hours, and despite that, it still arrived late at the airport and was delayed for another hour. This airline seems to be all about delays. When I asked for a refund so I could take another flight, there was no service, no support, and not a single response. Stay away from this company.

I was flying from Uzb to Kazakhstan got delayed and from Krgz to Uzbekistan again delayed. Hopefully this issue will get fixed.
Cancelled both of my flights and then…
Cancelled both of my flights and then were extremely slow and reticent to answer any questions. My flights were not an abnormality, you can go to their departures page and see that more than 50% of all their flights are cancelled.
Before this, they charged me for seat selection when it was supposed to be included in the ticket fare anyway, and also state they don’t have any vegetarian meal options. Their website is also not very functional
