Our company started using Centtrip not that long ago and to tell the truth, it makes life a lot easier. To make payments to our workers all we need to do is to create recipients on the website and then we can set up payments using Bank details that are already filled out. Another amazing thing is that an authorized user can set up payments and all that account owner needs to do is check in and confirm payments. That is really one great tool. What about currency - it's really really easy to convert currency back and forth and still be able to send payments in different currencies from the same account. What about Customer Service - I've been getting on their nerve since day one to make sure everything works correctly and asking gazillion questions. I literally was in touch with every other person in the company and still they were really nice. Even when I send my question via email to one of Centtrip team members and he was out of office he found a way to call me (on a foreign number) to ask if everything was ok. I am really pleased with them because we have our own Customer Service Team and we know how important it is to support clients 1000%. Just one thing that I hope will be improved soon - please, add more currencies, that would be amazing! Thank you guys, you rock!

Really convenient and easy to use. I just wish systems interacting with Centrip recognised automatically that the card has the local currency rather than having to ask.

A hugely important new option in the FX sector Centtrip have taken the time to put together bespoke solutions which has helped us to conduct our FX transactions much more efficiently and cost effectively. They take the time to explain how to get the best out of their service and make it easy to understand all the options available . They are on your side every step of the way and I can't recommend them enough and would have no hesitation referring anyone to their service.....

This company is excellent. Their site is easy to use, easy to understand. You can do whatever you want online in no time. The rates are live rates, and much better compared to other similar companies' rates.
All in all, I'm very satisfied with them, I recommend them to everyone.

Centtrip provide a masterclass in customer service: the product does exactly what it says it will do, but the standout feature was the way it was delivered. Efficient, polite, informative without ever being patronising, quick and accessible. They call when they say they will and do what they say they will do. The website and online services are end to end easy to use and the card is brilliant! Very satisfied customer. Many other more staid institutions could take a leaf out of Centtrip's service book.

Seamless online process for currency exchange, with suitable controls built in so that we have been able to open it out to the wider team. Centtrip are totally transparent about the FX rates applied and the margin they make, unlike some of the competition out there.

Really helpful staff that respond to queries fast and effectively. With regards to buying currency, I've found their rates to be the most competitive. My experience on a whole has been great.

There are a few companies who offer currency cards but I haven't found one that offers the ease of use or quality of service that Centrip do. Whether it is the speed of funds transfer, the transparency of costs, the quality of the app or how they respond if you have a question or issue, my experience has been first rate. As a pretty frequent traveller across Europe and the US, sorting out currency is an issue that I simply no longer have to think about! Would thoroughly recommend the service and the company.

Excellent service I must say! Recommended to use this service by friends some of which are FX pros and some like me not.
I have worked in the Financial sector for 30 years and know what good service is and should be. Jack and the customer service team were very efficient and handled my business with ease I am delighted to say.
I will use them whenever I need FX services beats my traditional channels hands down .

Transferred funds that were never credited.. Sent emails but they don't reply...
Had to ask remitting bank to reverse the transfer.

Centtrip called me to offer me to their services. They were offering a great foreign exchange rate that we could pass to our customers. They had a really cool feature for credit cards, where you can hold 4 major currencies all exchanges at this excellent commercial rate. The issue with our business is that we need to receive third party funds. This was explained in quite some detail including a narrative of where it went wrong in the past. We had a customer send funds to Centtrip who immediately bounced them back without written reference to us. Whilst extremely disappointed with this initial experience, I thought I would give them one more chance. We agreed to give their compliance an invoice in advance. We thought that meant in advance of the funds being credited. In any case, the second client's funds had not reached their accounts yet, so we provided an invoice, the department rejected it again. They said that it was because we had not alerted them in advance. Yet we have an email saying the funds had not arrived. We now have 2 customers who are extremely upset with us. As a result, we have ended our relationship with Centtrip.
