My orders always turn up in good time

My orders always turn up in good time. There is good communication when it is required. I got a bit concerned recently when an order was very overdue. There was a postal strike! Not Century's fault. My order turned up when the strike was over. I will continue to use Century Supplements in the future.

Absolutely dreadful service

Absolutely dreadful service ! I have placed my order at beginning of December and now it’s past mid January. Contacted them and was told I had to wait till Feb - contacted them again 2 days ago and they ignored me I’m furious! I have no products and don’t believe they have been sent as nothing takes this long and I’m out of pocket by £103. I want a refund and feel now I will have to escalate this by reporting this situation to the bank !
Update to other buyers: I was asked by century to tell them the order number so they would refund me but after messaging three times with this information they have refunded me only the £45.98 for order #1021818.
They did not refund order order #1022489 for £102.96 which is still outstanding!
This continues to be beyond dreadful service and shocking way to treat customers.
I have only received one refund !!!!

In your e-mail to us you advised that you were missing 6 units over 2 orders totaling £103, As those units are from two different orders we had to issue two separate refunds one for £45.98 & one for £57.02 back to the card you used to pay for the orders as requested.
Refunds can take 2-3 working days to show on your bank statement.

I have used century supplements for 15…

I have used century supplements for 15 years and has always been reliable. However October 2024 I ordered some supplements and 6 weeks on no delivery. I contacted century supplements at the end of November 2024 via email and they sent me an email to say they had resent my order and asked me to confirm my address.
It's now January 16th 2025 and I still have not received my order

Ordered two months ago - FIXED

There was a slight hiccup with a delivery taking months and, honestly, had a pretty bad experience at first, and werent planning on buying from them again. But after I contacted them again they amended the issue very very quickly and were very helpful. I can recommend them, but be aware there are sometimes some logistical issues. Product is exactly what i asked for, and for a reasonable price.

Diabolical - avoid

This is now the second time I have ordered products for delivery in the UK. Both times nothing was delivered and customer service has been less than helpful blaming the delivery service and giving me zero refund. I would not bother using them unless you are happy burning your cash!

If not could you send me a screenshots of the other messages you sent so that i can have our tech team look into why we don't see/ have them.

We would like to get any e-mail issues resolved right away.

Can you provide the second order id that is missing also, I can then look into this right away for you and get things resolved.

They let you purchase items that they…

They let you purchase items that they don’t have in stock. 3 out of 3 orders not delivered. I asked them directly if there is a supply issue and they ignored me twice. Don’t order from here, you’ll have to wait a month for a refund every time your order doesn’t show (which will be EVERY order).

Edit:
I have now been contacted by them asking me if they could offer me something to remove this review, which I said I will only do if I receive the products I ordered. They then sent a blunt response like a stroppy teenager because I won’t accept a bribe (which would go “missing” in the post). Now that they cant sell their most popular product, they have resorted to theft and it’s so disappointing.

Apparently had been resent. Still awaiting.
"Customer service" rep was very reluctant to send anything (product or refund) until I changed my review.

Review will change once product arrives.

NO ORDER NO MONEY BACK

I PAID FOR MORE THAN ONE ORDER AND NOTHING ARRIVED ,NO MONEY BACK AND THEY ARE JUST A SORT OF THIEVES.
