Scam! I bought a lifetime license in 2011. Last December I got an email saying my license has expired. Tried loging in to my account just to find out it has been deleted!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I purchased their app (Cerberus) back in 2014 and it was supposed to be a lifetime license, but unfortunately they canceled it in December 2018, just like that. I got an email where I was informed that my lifetime license is about to expire and I should purchase a monthly paid license if I want to continue using their product. Unfortunately that is not how things work and if one should have the ability to terminate such an agreement then it's not worth it to keep my devices secure with their app, as this practice does not inspire any confidence. I wrote to them several emails asking for clarifications, but they have not answered since. Steer away, do not use their product. This company is a scam and fraud. Don't trust their terms of agreement!

Paid for lifetime license. Company decided they didn't want to honor their license for lifetime customers and demanded more money, and if you didn't pay, the cancelled your account. Scam.

Like other users i am just disapointed. Bad company.

Totally unethical company. Like many others, I have a perpetual license (actually two - we both had one each) which were purchased in the very early days of this app (2012!). So we effectively helped sponsor the development by being early adopters.

Now they delete our accounts and render it impossible to use the app we paid for.

Contacting support - a pointless waste of your time. They just ignore the emails. And the forums are pointless also, first they block your post if they don't like it, or they delete the posts and now seem to have removed the forum altogether.

Shameful. In fact it is worse than that, as this was supposed to be a security app you can trust (and hence by inference need to trust the people behind it!).

Google seems to have been spot-on when they removed it from the play store.

Deleted my lifetime account without any warning. That is no way to run a business. I actually found out when I was going to share a positive review with an amazing story regarding the recovery of my phone; however, based upon these practices they cannot be trusted. You have no way of knowing if they'll keep their word on any of your licenses.

Very bad business practice. Never will I use any product of this company again, not even if provided free. I hope that somebody will file a class action lawsuit, which I will happily support. In my understanding, the app has been kicked out of the Google Playstore - rightfully so.

Lifetime licence account deleted just because.
They are not honouring what I paid for, I hope this company disappears and someone sues them.

Same to me - paid live time license after 2 years deleted. No refund, no response to my email.
I will take legal actions against this company.

I bought a lifetime licence some years ago e now my account was just deleted with no explanation or feedback from the company to my messages.
I really hope someone lawsuit them!

Had Cerberus for about 4 years, always found it reliable in testing, but fortunately never lost my phone.
Got informed they are switching to subscription, altho initially unhappy I thought ok I can get connection to all my devices once I subscribe, BUT ,,, I cannot log in ,, why ?
Tried to contact them via email, nothing, no response.
Then as typical luck would have it, after 4 years ,, yesterday my phone was stolen, before I have had a chance to find a suitable alternative to Cerberus or way to get my account working again (it looks like they have just ditched it, dumped and disregarded like it appears the same disregard they give they are giving their customers at the moment) all my data is lost and no way to get at my phone to locate, make a noise from it, password block it, etc ,,, all gone, no access at all, when I need it THE MOST !!
Totally unhappy about the timing, unbelievable. if it had been stolen last month I may have been in luck.
How they can just drop everyone with no care, I feel angry that they feel this is good customer service and now expect people to subscribe.
What once was promising and a suitable service seems to have been taken over by greedy gremlins intent on shooting themselves in the foot.
For this reason I advise NO ONE to use this service.

Lifetime subscription terminated, and I don't even have access to my account most probably because it doesn't exist anymore.
They just destroyed their brand and so their business without even being able to understand that.
That is why business schools are a good thing to do before starting your business.

It's a scam to get your money. Once you pay they will stop the service, delete your account and keep your money.

The app works well, too bad the company isn't serious, ethic or even compliant to what they sold in the past, especially with the early days supporters, they sold lifetime licenses that revoked in 2019. I would like to discourage anyone who's thinking on rely on this company services to do so. Who knows what can they do with our real time data if they don't even comply to what they advertised when buying the licenses and for a second time when they weren't offering one time payment licenses anymore.

Don't comply to lifetime license and erase accounts as they see fit.

A friend recommended it to me as very good, I regret not checking it here before buying business license for more than fifty mobile phones.

Its ad says that installing it as rooted the app would survive everything from system reset to reinstallations, it was not true, now emails are not answered, no technical support, nothing. get away from this company

Scammed me out of a lifetime license. Run don't walk away.

They broke the contract, I cannot use the lifetime license I paid for. #SCAM

Scam application. Agreements are unilaterally reneged on by the supplier Cerberus.

I would not advise the use of this company at all. Unreliable contractual agreements after paying them.
