I have bought from Cernucci more than once as I love the style of the brand. I had an issue with the tracksuit pants where the seem came undone and was told by customer services that this was my fault. The tracksuit had been worn no more than a few times. I simply wanted a replacement or refund due to the pants being unwearable due to the fault. Blatantly told this was my fault and they aren’t willing to do anything about it - shocking customer service

Just had a really positive experience with this company. Firstly the clothes are all absolute quality and the style is immaculate. Secondly the customer service goes above and beyond, Ryan helped me swiftly with a late return, which was my fault, but he was understanding of my situation and still made sure to take extra care. Very poor customer service and bad quality products. I ordered 2 of the same tracksuit in different sizes, one for myself and another as a gift for my sister. After wearing mine for only 2hours even before washing it has become extremely bobbly and is appalling quality. I have been emailing customer service back and forth but they seem to give very generic computer generated answers. The least they could offer is credit for one of the tracksuits. This isn't good enough as I don't want to purchase anything else from this company again. I have tried to ask numerous times for a full refund for both tracksuits but don't seem to get anywhere. Do not order any knitted tracksuits from this brand, not worth it.

I needed help returning some items from an order that ended up taking longer than expected to arrive and consequently the return window had already expired.
Thankfully after emailing the brand, I got into contact with Beth who graciously apologized and extended the return window.
The entire communication was smooth and the process was quick!

I ordered a matching set for my daughter as a gift for her birthday but when she tried it on, it was too big (first purchase so wasn't sure of sizing). I had missed the 14 day return window however Ryan in Customer Support was extremely helpful and quick to respond, amending the policy for me so I could return and request a refund/gift card. Great service and very happy with the quality of the items too! Will definitely buy from here again.

Order number #1595640. If I could give it a Zero star I would. I purchased a buy one get one free jewellery box from Cernucci. I added the TWO items to the cart to qualify for this deal where both items appears as the price of one item (£19.99), but when I clicked on checkout, I didn’t notice that the unwanted Cernucci delivery protection service also added to my cart automatically. So I came back out of checkout, deleted the delivery protection and clicked on check out again and completed the purchase of the order. It was only when I received the confirmation email did i realise that the app has automatically removed the second item that was supposed to be free item from my basket right before I paid for the £19.99 plus delivery charge of £3.99. On my confirmation was only 1 item and not TWO. I contacted customer service immediately to let them to know to cancel the order I have just place immediately because of this error, because I will place another again to ensure this doesn’t happen twice. Customer service ignore my email and proceeded to post out the order WITHOUT the free item despite the fact that the item they are posting is in the buy one get one free deal. When they finally reached out to me, I was met with an agent called Ryan, who proceeded to gaslight, belittle, outright lie and frustrated the heck of me for implying anything could be wrong with their app. He REFUSED to refund the whole order (including delivery charge) and demanded that I have to pay for my own return and be out of pocket twice (first for the delivery fee and second for the returns free, totally £7.30). For someone who has shopped in Cernucci in the past, I didn’t realise just how desperate for money they were to the point they are willing to practically fraud it out of the customer. RYAN was extremely rude and condensing. Never in a million will a legit business who values customer would treat people like this. I was so unsatisfied with his poor conduct that I returned BOTH my orders for a refund and deleted the Cernucci app. They have lost another customer. I wish I had read the 2026 reviews before ordering to know that they this company has gone downhill since a few years ago when I last visited. AVOID AVOID AVOID cernucci, unless looking to get scammed out of money.

Had to return a tracksuit which was lovely but too small on top too large on bottom fitted perfect length in leg as I’m so tall but too big round waste and hoodie was too small in general. Sent back had a really easy experience with refund and delivery went smooth a lovely lady called Beth helped me and made sure item was received and refunded on same day I emailed my query, excellent communication and fantastic customer service from Beth

I had a very disappointing experience with Cernucci. I ordered a suit (Order #1605072), but the parcel went missing during delivery through Evri. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, Cernucci completely refused to cooperate - both with me and with the delivery company.
Their customer support was rude, insensitive, and showed no interest in finding a solution. I was left without my order and lost around £70, with no refund, no store credit, and no compensation whatsoever.
I understand delivery problems can happen, but the way a company handles those situations says everything about their customer service.
I would strongly advise others to not order from them. It is a scam
