The product is fine but the delivery time of 13 days was very slow indeed.

Thank you for your feedback. Please could you let us know your order number as we are struggling to find this one. We can see an order was placed on 23rd May and delivered 28th May over a Bank Holiday weekend but cannot see any order with a delay of 13 days.

Obviously advertising stock they do not…

Obviously advertising stock they do not have. Placed an order on Monday and phoned them to be assured I would have it on Friday. On Thursday I still did not have a dispatch email so I phoned again to be told the order was still to be delivered to them from the supplier. Also the chap I spoke to on Thursday had a could not care less attitude to the fact I am going on a trip on Monday and needed this order for the trip.
