I reserved an item to pick up in one of…
I reserved an item to pick up in one of their stores after sometime i received a call informing me that the item was not in stock at that store. I reserved the same item at a different store but the day after i received a text message informing me that they did not have the item in stock and that i should try another store or purchase it online. After that i attempted to reserve the same bottle but in a different color but after some time i got the same message.
P.S. All items were listed as in stock when i reserved them.

After many delays
After many delays, they finally delivered to me half of the products of my order without letting me know about this issue before and if I wanted to still receive half of my order.

The item I order wasn’t in existence
The item I order wasn’t in existence. I’ve been waiting for it since 3 weeks ago and still have no clue when will it be delivered. Selling what you don’t have is an unacceptable business practice.
