I bought one pan
I bought one pan, it should be ready for pick up within one or two days. But I have waited for 4days and the pan is still in the warehouse waiting for packing. Fortunately, I called the service and they suggested I cancel the order, and I bought it from the shop. If I didn't make the call, god knows when would I get my pan.

Product listed as in stock was in fact not in stock
I ordered a fondue pot which was listed as “in stock” because I needed it rather quickly (it said 4-5 working days delivery). After 6 working days of not receiving the order I went to the tracking website and I found out that the fondue pot was lister as “out of sock” and that “customer service will contact me”. I neither received any information regarding the status changes nor was I contacted by customer service at any point. I was the one to call them, only to be told that “oh yeah sometimes the websites lists as “in stock” products that aren’t”. It’s now almost 3 weeks and still no fondue pot.

Cervera online delivery and services are the worst
Cervera online service sucks. First of all when i received the order a few days late (no tracking, it just popped up) and one of the bowl was broken when I opened. I decided to return the whole order due to that and immediately reported the issue with the request to return. it's been more than 12 days since i reported the issue and still awaiting their response via email. phone is even worse, i don't have time to wait for hours in the queue for the problem they have caused. I will never ever buy online from Cervera. Period

Not all measures shown online but good and quick service
Would have been great, if all measures of the product would have been shown online. But they were not, so I had to buy it, and return it as it did not fit.
