First of all the bra took two weeks to arrive, not 2-4 days as stated on website. Got no reply from several emails enquiring as to the whereabouts of my purchase until after it arrived. I followed the sizing guide when I placed the order but the bra that came was far too loose around the band, while the cups were way too small...I literally fall out of it. Company would not accept a return but offered me money off my next purchase! No thank you!
The material was lovely and soft... I'll probably end up using it as a tissue. AVOID.

Absolutely terrible bra, zero support- cheap and the sizing advice is way off and incorrect. AND - once received, you CAN NOT try on and return. They will not accept if package opened- thus if does not fit you are stuck with the item. As I am.

Terrible Service and product. I agree with the other reviewers and wish that I had read reviews before I made the mistake of purchasing the item loosely termed Bra. First I got no response when chasing for the item as it took longer than they indicate. I emailed twice with no response whatsoever.. until I finally received the item and contacted them to ask how to return and get a refund. I then received a vey quick response telling me that there would be no refund as I had actually even opened the package ! let alone tried it on. Whoever heard that you cannot get a refund if you open the package?. But I could get a 70% discount if I purchase another one .. I may as well literally throw the money into a drain.. Absolutely no support, flimsy material. You would end up with boobs down to your knees if you use it

If I could give zero stars I would. Sizing is completely incorrect online, so you buy a bra that inevitably doesn’t fit you and then you can’t return it. Rude and aggressive customer service. Do not buy here!! Wish I’d read all these reviews before I got one

I have had the same experience.
They are way too small and can't exchange. I also only opened one, but regardless of this should still be able to do a return.
Was then offered a 70% discount for future orders, but now seeing all the reviews wish I had not bought at all.

As with all the other reviews, terrible sizing. The website size guide is way off and once you open the postage bag they refuse refunds or exchanges.
Returns policy is hidden in the website and extremely difficult to find.
Wish I'd seen the feedback here before handing over the money.

Echoing everything said in previous reviews that I wish, wish, wish I had seen these reviews before buying two bras! Wore one for a half hour before knowing they were pieces of **** and therefore DIDN’T open the other bra. When I complained they told me that because I’d even opened the SHIPPING BAG, I wasn’t entitled to a refund.
AWFUL customer service, AWFUL bras, not fit for purpose despite the snazzy website. Don’t do it!!

Awful, cheap, not as described and they refuse to allow you to return.

So, claim back through your card company as they are not as described. Evidence of this is their website stating the materials which differs from the stated materials printed on the bra and also the washing instructions are different on their website to what's on the bras! Hopefully that should be enough evidence that what was sent to you is not what was advertised and you can claim back your money!

As with almost everyone on here brought two bras using their sizing charts and bras were way too small. Then you get hit with the no refunds if you have opened the shipping bag. I didn't even have to try them on to see they were too small in the cup. Absolute rip off. Avoid!

Wish so much I had read these reviews before I purchased. I feel like an idiot. The bra was actually nicely packaged and the material was soft, it looked like quite a nice bra. I put it on in a rush as I was late for work and throughout the day I could feel I was literally falling out of the bloody thing. My boobs were spilling out and I looked like I had 4 boobs!! Luckily my dress was quite a thick material but I cd never wear this under a t shirt for example - my boobs looked completely mishapen. Complete waste of money. I did follow the size guide, there's just not enough material to cover your breasts.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Sizing is way off. Delivery was delayed by weeks and when they did arrive I opened the package to find they would never fit. The outside shipping bag has to be intact to get a refund. How would you know if they were suitable unless you opened it? Avoid at all costs. I was dragged in by an Instagram advert. Dont fall for the same. Now have 2 useless bras and £45 out of pocket. Save yourself the trouble and cost.

Wish I'd read the reviews before I shelled out £67 which I'll never see again. Promised arrival in days, took over 2 weeks. Apparently the small print says if you open the shipping bag or try on (*guess we all have parcels delivered and DON'T open them!!), no refunds are given "for hygiene protection reasons". Sizing not standard cup sizing (just S,M,L), & they market it as revolutionary new design......so how can you possibly know whether it fits without trying?? There's no paperwork with delivery - you have to email. Two weeks for delivery, little over half hour to reply saying no refund......funny that🤨
Way too small, spectacularly unflattering. Expensive lesson learned - don't touch , even with someone else's bargepole. Feel aggrieved even having to award "1 star"

Waste of money. Sizing is not correct and can’t return.

I regret placing an order with this company. I was interested in supporting women in business but it is a scam.
The sizing of the bras is small, they are not supportive at all and the Company will not reply to my email requests for a return.
Waste of money!!!
