No star. They refuse to give refund for crap dress that feels like a cheap drape or dollar store tablecloth

Dont waist your money and dont believe the photos. Fly weight polyester material, really poor stitching. I ordered for size UK 16 and I recon it might fit a UK size 10. However its so flimsy and poorly made you know its going to fall appart the first time you wear it. If you could get into it. Design - Poor quality knock off, barely similar. Not like the pictured.

Delivery was good, product is beautiful

I love what I ordered, but the lack of communication between purchasing and actually getting the order was lacking. It took a very long time to receive what I ordered so keep that in mind when purchasing anything from them. The tracking button doesn't work so I had to email their support just to see where my package was. Thankfully, I received my order in time but I was in panic mode for awhile. The quality of the products is good, though.

Ordered $87. Dress. Fit is so flawed ! Ask for refund and to return. Was told they could refund $13 US I said No. they then offered $28 refund. I said I want $50 at least or give me a return address. The return address is in Dubai. Ugh

No telling what postage will cost but it gets down to principle.

Delivery was quite fast but there's no tracking. Products delivered were very much as shown in the pictures. Rather pricey. Poor quality.

I placed an online order on 29 June for 4 items to take on holidays departing 18 August. After the order confirmation I have heard nothing until 14 August when the shipping notification came thru.
That's 45 days to pick and pack!!!
No chance of arrival before my holidays :(

Quick delivery! Great product! Only thing lacking was communication between the time the order was made and product received leaving me to wonder if this was a scam. Otherwise very happy!

The sizing was true to size. Really loved the material and delivery was very good. Will be ordering from them again

The photography is really good, but the reality is a limp version of something similar. Cevaf make it impossible to return and all emails are ignored (I reached out several times)
The result is I have wasted £85.00 and precious time.

My experience has been similar to two other reviews I have just read from - ordered two dresses - quality is TERRIBLE - not at all as represented on the website or advertisements. I have also tried to return for a full refund and now into my 6th email with this company - spent $105 and am being offered $50 back and an address in Dubai to return the dresses to. If I choose to return, a full refund will not be issued until they receive the dresses. The wording used in the latest email is "if you insist on returning" and then an address in Dubai - not so great with the customer service!!!!

I have never written an online review but felt compelled to let other shoppers know - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The dress took a month to arrive, with no updates as to when it shipped, when it would arrive, etc. Once it arrived and it was not what I wanted, I began the return process by emailing customer service. They offered me $12 to keep the dress - the dress was $85. When I emailed back and said I would like the full refund with instructions on how to mail it back, they offered me $25. I am worn down with waiting on their responses and just want out of this, so I am taking the $25, which means I AM LOSING $60 BY NOT BEING ABLE TO JUST SIMPLY RETURN THIS DRESS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM IF THERE IS ANY POSSIBILITY YOU MAY WANT TO RETURN IT.
